Elderly people need special nutrition to avoid obesity and help lose weight to prevent chronic diseases that they may be exposed to during the post-60's.

Breakfast

A cup of skimmed milk or juice without sugar + 1/8 cottage cheese or 4 spoons of labneh + 1/2 a loaf of baladi.

* A cup of tea or Nescafe can be added once a day, except in cases of high pressure.

lunch

The first day: an open meal.

The second day: 1/2 kilo of grilled or boiled fish or in the oven + 4 tablespoons of rice + green salad.

The third day: 1/4 boiled rabbit or in the oven + 1/4 kilo potatoes + green salad.

The fourth day 8 tablespoons of well-cooked fava beans with olive oil or spicy + green salad + 1/2 my loaf.

Fifth day: 1/2 kilo of grilled or boiled fish fillet or in the oven.

The sixth day: a can of tuna filtered from oil + green salad + a tooth loaf or half a loaf of my country.

Seventh day: 3 scoops of lentil soup + green salad + loaf of tooth.


Dinner



Yogurt + 2 fruits.


Doctors and nutritionists advise to stay completely away from certain foods such as margarine, butter, cream, chicken skin and fats in meat, or old meats such as kandooz, to stay away from pies, sugars and sweets.
